What's included in each plan?
Each plan includes the core Thymis platform, device management capabilities, and technical support. Higher tiers include priority feature updates, enhanced dashboard functions, custom features, dedicated support, and custom integrations.
What happens if I exceed my device limit?
For the Core plan, additional devices are charged at €3 per device per month. The maximum number of concurrently connected devices per month is taken into account. The billing for additional devices is automatic and transparent.
Do you offer custom enterprise solutions?
Yes, for large deployments or specific requirements, we offer custom enterprise solutions with dedicated support, custom features, and flexible pricing.
What kind of support is included?
All plans include email support. Higher tiers include phone support, dedicated account management, and faster response times. Enterprise plans include 24/7 support and custom SLAs.
Which countries do you currently serve?
We serve business customers worldwide. For private individuals, we currently only support customers in Germany. If you're a private individual outside Germany and would like to see support for your country, please contact us through our contact form. We need to register for VAT in each country we serve private customers, and your interest helps us prioritize which markets to expand to next.
